Unraveling Racism Training: The Core Workshop

DSCN1451ERASE Racism's Unraveling Racism Trainings (URT) provides a context, framework, and language for understanding the realities of racism and how individuals can work to dismantle racism in their personal and professional lives.

We offer two levels of the URT: level 1 is the Core workshop, and level 2 is the Applied Skills workshop

The Core workshop provides the knowledge and understanding necessary to address issues of racial inequities.  Through a variety of activities participants learn about the effects of white privilege, internalized racism and oppression, and are provided with a safe and supportive environment to reflect upon their own experiences.  The session includes interactive exercises, small group discussions and self-exploration.
