A summary of the relevant (and not privileged) questions and the corresponding replies, as well as any modifications to this RFP will be posted on the ERASE Racism website. Any information about continued proposal submissions will also be posted on the website.

RFP PROCESS
Proposals will be reviewed as received in the ERASE Racism office, by a committee of selected ERASE Racism staff and board members. In person interviews will be arranged for selected applicants. There is no proposal deadline; however, ERASE Racism hopes to identify candidates and commence the interview process in early September and to select a contractor as soon as possible, but no later than October 1, 2007. Please submit four copies of the proposal and all accompanying materials, including sample DVDs and videos, to facilitate timely review of your materials. Accompanying materials can be returned at your request.
