Blacks prefer racially integrated communities (p.6)

Blacks live in segregated communities regardless of their income (p.14)

Blacks report pervasive housing discrimination (p.9)

Blacks report an increase in the Latino population in their communities, most of which are already majority minority neighborhoods (p.10)

In rating neighborhood characteristics, blacks value living close to family and friends much less than they value other factors (p.12)
