DESCRIPTION: \nOn July 12th, ERASE Racism hosted three, one hour long sessions with Partners to discuss the connection between racial bias and structural racism. Thirteen people, mostly working in the field of education, attended and the small size of the groups allowed for everyone to have an opportunity to speak and share their stories and thoughts. Feedback about the sessions was overwhelmingly positive.
