During this interactive and engaging experience, participants will learn about the origins of race and racism in the US and begin to recognize themselves within systems of oppression. Gaining this fundamental understanding will allow participants to show up more authentically in their personal and professional lives, raising their awareness of the intersectionality of race and oppression. This session is the first part in a series of trainings ERASE will be offering over the course of the summer.
