Join ERASE Racism for a discussion about the process for organizing a committee, task force, or team dedicated to advocating for equity in schools. The conversation will feature Amanda Barney, an educator from Syosset who has successfully organized an equity commitee, and Crystal Roberts, an educator from Half Hollow Hills who has not yet organized but would like to. We are hoping that in discussion with educators at different points of this process, we will be able to clarify a variety of ways to mobilize your colleagues around ensuring an inclusive, diverse, and equitable school community.
