ERASE Racism recently launched our Affordable and Inclusive Housing Tool -- a comprehensive map tool that utilizes over 30 variables to guide fair housing work across New York State.

The AIHT can be used to:
1. Identify high-opportunity areas -- prime locations for the placement of affordable housing
2. Identify low-opportunity areas that should receive more investments to improve local resources
3. Measure racial segregation throughout the state, and
4. Retrieve information on existing subsidized and multifamily housing.
